Residents and fellows are in a constant state of change. Doing any kind of long-term planning at this stage is overkill. Therefore, we work with residents and fellows on an hourly basis to address acute needs as they arise.

Step 1
Schedule a free get-to-know-each-other visit via phone or Google Meet (your choice). These typically last 40 minutes to an hour.
Step 2
We discuss your situation to see if it makes sense to consider working together. We won't ask for or accept a commitment to work together at this visit.
Step 3
Take some time to think about it, and we will do the same. We want working together to be a good fit for both parties.
